Business Data Lead Responsibilities
Help define business data extraction and exclusion logic
Review and validate data migration objects and their approximate data volume in coordination with the workstream SMEs.
Review the migration data templates of each objects and monitor on the data collection efforts and timelines.
Review and ensure availability of data migration systems (Dev and/or QA) prior to the start of mock cutover (MC) testing cycles.
Closely monitor the ETL (Extraction, Transfer & Load) activities during the MC1, MC2 and MC3 cycles and ensure related
External Vendor system resources are available to provide support on priority basis.
Coordinate the review and validation of the the data upload post MC1, MC2, MC3 and production cutover for SAP and External
Vendor systems.
Define data validation strategy for the cutover cycles including production cutover
Help to define golden master data set for the SIT1, SIT2 and UAT cycles
Promptly escalate issues/showstoppers related to data migration efforts and timelines to PMO and SteerCo members
