Business Analyst

Roles and Skills Required

5+ Years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.

Work with stakeholders and development team to determine project scope and vision, gather and prioritize collected requirements
Create deliverables such as activity diagrams, use cases, entity-relationship diagrams, state transition diagrams, etc.
Verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems utilizing knowledge of software applications and configuration
Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications verbally or through written documentation
Azure DevOps - Provides developer services to support teams to plan work, collaborate on code development, and build and deploy applications.
Understanding of API definitions & familiarity with Azure Cloud.
Experience working with Agile-Scrum teams.
Ability to deliver high-quality documentation.
The ability to quickly master new processes and technical concepts is a must.
The candidate should have strong writing and communication abilities, editing skills, and attention to detail.
Strong presentation skills should be able to drive conversations to decision-making and/or provide solutions.
