- On-call/Communication:
- 24/7 pager support
- 7:00AM -5PM Level 2 -Helpdesk support
- Monitoring: Perform routine reviews of Production environment to determine monitoring gaps and to even our environments (MTF and PROD). Troubleshooting Ability to troubleshoot issues with ATM/ITM machines and its applications via email and phones (MTF and Prod)
- Configuration management: Lead day to day system development and maintenance activities of the team to meet service level agreements (SLAs). Support ATM installs, configuration changes and de-installs.
- Project Implementations: Code deployment, configurations and customer support MTF and Production.
- ATM Lab/Certifications:
- ATM hardware and software certifications.
- Manage, upgrade and facilitate ATM lab
- IT Service Management: Incident, problem and change ticket management in remedy.
- Documentation: Process improvement and maintenance of proof or evidence.
- Audit and compliance: Quarterly Regulatory Audit per mastercard standards.
