We are looking for safety-minded individuals to join our Asphalt Paving Crew.

Duties include leveling and shoveling hot asphalt. Perform various paving operations such as: roadways, parking lots, driveways, patching, reclamation, milling, excavation, grading. Will be responsible for maintenance, grounds and housekeeping tasks necessary to maintain work sites, grounds and equipment.

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 70+ pounds
• Perform all duties in a safe manner and according to company policies and procedures
• Ability to follow instructions, maintain good housekeeping around the work site.
• Ability to work overtime as needed and Monday through Friday including Saturdays as the business requires.
• Candidate must be able to work well with others, follow direction, work in diverse outdoor environments (hot/cold), and often long days
• Must have valid driver license and will be required to pass a drug test
• Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
• A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more
• A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
