Growing engineering firm is looking for a talented Architect/Project Manager Healthcarefor their Alexandria, Minnesotaoffice!
Responsibilities:
- Lead design process
- Develop/expand healthcare sector
- Communicate with client and ensure their satisfaction
- Use technical expertise to provide technical design input (project technical design efforts, detailed design development)
- Coordinate/collaborate with other on project deliverables
- Responsible for quality control (review reports, plans, cost estimates and calculations) to ensure project is delivered on time and within budget
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Lead/mentor/train junior staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in architecture
- Master s degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience with small- to large-scale healthcare projects
- Healthcare development and project management experience
- LEED accreditation preferred (LEED AP BC+C)
- Understanding of building codes
- Knowledge of Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma and other software
