KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Functional Support:
- Troubleshoots process/functionality related issues and resolves escalated tickets related to Maximo application
- Analyse the Maximo application change requests and detail the related business requirement with the requestor
- Assists in solution design for change requirements as a key functional resource
- Proactively brings ideas based on his/her experience and understanding of the business users' needs for new development and enhancements
- Assists in business process redesign as needed
- Communicates the solution to business directly or through other support personnel
Application Co-ordination & Support
- Answers, analyses and provides quality checks for incoming tickets from end users and routes them appropriately
- Gathers and validates change requests and bug fix requirements
- Supports governance forums to ensure tickets are resolved on time and sends reminders when needed
Improve quality
- Assists in UAT testing of new application functions, releases and facilitates promotion of new features/functionalities among user community
- Leads internal capability building activities including knowledge dissemination, training, asset creation etc.
- Helps in creation & update of knowledge documentation specific to the processes and functional areas within A2R domain
- Reviews metric reports and dashboards on ticketing analysis and performance
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or a graduate
- A good understanding of business requirements and prioritizing needs so as to deliver a cost effective service
- Preferred experience in Oil & Gas industry

- Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in Maximo
- Experience in configuration design, development and support of Maximo EAM v7.x implementations.
- Experience with Work Order Module, Configuration module (Application Designer, Database Configuration, Escalation, Cron Task, Doms), Administration module (Organization, Calendars, Report Administration, Classification)
- Experience with Assets, MEA Integration, Inventory, Planning (job plans and safety plans), preventive maintenance, purchasing (PR, PO, receiving, companies), and Resources (person, crafts, and labor codes)
- Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge including experience writing and deciphering complex Oracle SQL queries.
- Knowledge of Relational Database Concepts.
- Experience with J2EE Applications.
- Perform analysis, provide "best practices" guidance, and assist in planning and upgrading of current Maximo v7.5.0.8 instance to v7.6.x.
- Work closely with the Client User Representatives to troubleshoot and design solutions that meet requirements.
- Accurately and effectively communicate with the Project Manager and/or Team Lead the level of effort to implement proposed solutions, the current status of on-going work, and any potential issues.
- Work well in both a team environment as well as a sole contributor with little or no supervision.
- Experience with Automation Scripts
- Must be able to convert functional requirements into technical specifications, and configure, tailor, and or customize solutions including building interfaces
