About the Job

We are looking for an Engineering Manager Client Solutions APAC to join our team in Singapore. In this key role the incumbent will be responsible for delivering CouchHub's core value proposition to ensure its functionality and experience delivers to the highest standards for our customers, working closely with product and other cross functional teams on innovative and exciting projects

.

Key Responsibilities

• You'll possess a minimum of 4+ years experience leading a team of Software Engineers.
• Possess a healthy balance of strong technical and people leadership skills
• Strong customer focus to understand the use cases and requirements of our customers
• Hands on experience working using cloud infrastructures and security systems within a fast paced environment
• Strong understanding and hands on experience across architectural design, the use of different technologies and operating systems to deliver a world class customer experience
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, having lead multiple projects concurrently that have competing priorities
