Job Role:
Quant is a prominent consultancy that provides services and products in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Business Intelligence. We aim to empower aspiring businesses and dynamic governments to become data-driven, allowing them to optimize operations, enhance efficiency and augment decision making.

As a talent acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating the hiring process starting from identifying departments needs to onboarding the new members.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborates with hiring managers in identifying and drafting detailed hiring criteria, salary range, incentives, screening questions, starting dates, technical and behavioral assessment, and other pertinent details for each position in accordance with the company plan and budget.
2. Be actively involved in building and updating a competitive salary structure, and the hiring plan.
3. Maintain an accurate tracker of the hiring circle for each position, and regularly update the hiring managers on the vacancy s statutes, and update the candidates on their application
4. Developing and implementing innovation recruitment strategies by abreast the new trends and market practices
5. To be the link point between the company and the recruitment agencies, represent the company, and attend recruitment events to enhance the company s acknowledgment and attract the highest competencies.
6. Ensure the implementation of the automation for the recruitment process by Maintaining an applicant tracking system and recruiting lifecycle to include requisition generation, sharing assessments, scheduling interviews, offer letter generation, etc.
7. Shortlisting and selecting potential candidates assuring that they are meeting the company requirement, culture, and standards.
8. Provide an excellent expectation of the recruitment workflow to the candidates and hiring managers.
9. Create and negotiate the final offer with prospective candidates if needed.
10. Preparing and Drafting job descriptions, job advertisements, job offers, rejection letters, invitation letters, and emails and the correspondence that are related to recruitment.
11. Support the development and implementation of HR policies, systems, and initiatives.
12. Prepare and present periodic HR recruitment reports as required by management.
13. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.


Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Human resources Business Administration, Business Management, or any related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in human resources preferably in tech recruitment.

1. Strong social and interpersonal skills.
2. Integrity and high sense of ethics.
3. Organized and planning oriented.
4. Strong Negotiation skills.
5. Analysis and researching abilities
6. Aptitude to work in a diverse environment.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.


Skills Required:
1. Prior experience in HR functions.
2. Understanding of the recruitment Cycle.
3. Full proficiency in English and Arabic.
4. Proficient in Microsoft office and G-Suite.
5. Exposure to HRM systems (such as Zoho People).
6. Preferably familiar with the IT sector.
7. Familiar with recruitment portals such as LinkedIn


Company Preferences:
1. Familiar with data science and big data industries or has prior exposure to it
2. Social character and good with teams
3. Saudi
