Job Description

Be part of a team developing highly available, scalable, and secure Identity and Access Management services using the latest technologies including cloud ready architecture, latest identity protocols and fraud / security prevention. Our UI and services are critical and used by millions of customers. We adopted agile processes to move fast. We consider our people as the most important asset - we take the growth of our engineers seriously. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational and technical background. The engineer will be directly responsible for design development, testing, maintenance, and documentation of high quality software components

Tasks

  • Transmission of problems to R&D via ticket system.(jira)
  • Make recommendations to improve computer systems
  • Provide documentation for customer support inquiries and resolutions
  • Upgrade and manage systems to ensure they are operating effectively and efficiently
  • Implement new business and productivity software
  • Maintain and back up security databases
  • Installation and Integration of java-based software produced by the KOBIL.
  • Making various POCs with the software and mobile APK produced
  • Providing support remotely when necessary.
  • Hybrid working conditions (%50 home office)

Requirements

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of Linux basics
  • Experience with Databases (SQL) often preferred.
  • Working knowledge of XML/REST/SOAP, BPM/UML/ Workflow or equivalent.
  • Experience using the Atlassian toolset (JIRA Software, Service Desk and Confluence) would be an advantage.
