TANIMI
- Bankan n Perakende Bankac l k faaliyetleriyle ili kili olan r nlerine ait (Bireysel Kredi, Kredi Kart , Micro-SME Kredi, Tar m Kredi vb.) karar a a lar n geli tirmek, kapsaml kontrol n , izlemesini yapmak,
- Erken Uyar , ek, Rating gibi farkl t rdeki karar a a lar n n geli tirilmesi ve karar a a lar n n y netilmesini sa lamak,
- Kredi otomasyon s re leriyle ilgili gelen talep/projelerde (yeni kanal/ r n) analiz ve geli tirme s re lerinde aktif g rev almak,
- Kredi modellerinin uygulamaya al nmas na ili kin projelerde farkl i birimleri ve IT ekipleriyle koordineli bir ekilde al mak,
- Y netimi alt ndaki t m karar a a lar nda test ortam ndan retim ortam na ge i e kadar olan s re teki geli tirme faaliyetlerini y r tmek.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in preferably three or more functional areas of HR management and administration (organizational development, talent acquisition&management, recruiting, compensation & benefits, organizing and designing training sessions, managing employee relations etc). You should also have excellent administrative skills and easily communicate with staff at all levels Bachelor s or Master s degrees from Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering and any quantitative departments of universities, Computer/Information Technology literacy is a plus Excellent command of written and verbal English, Previous experience recruiting in the IT space is strongly preferred, Strong understanding of IT positions and technology terms is strongly preferred, Knowledge of recruitment trends, employer branding, EVP (employee value proposition), Strong moral and ethical code,Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
