This Opportunity:

You will be working in a fast-moving development team of differing backgrounds ranging from embedded to the backend to frontend, mobile (iOS, Android), and web stacks. You will, depending on your experience focus on the development, testing, and supporting of any of these areas and be rewarded with the opportunity to learn much more than before at any larger traditional team. You will have a huge opportunity to grow your technical skills and are expected to be enthusiastic, smart, and excited to share your skills with the team and help. Tasks

  • The center point and bridge between our customers, customer success manager, and the international development team.
  • Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
  • Manage technical incidents with the development team and be the voice forward to our customers
  • Participates in the development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and writing and maintaining documentation
  • Improves the UI/UX with new requirements and recommendations based on customer feedback/issues.
  • Conducts UX planning, analysis, and measuring UI/UX improvement with tools
  • Create UI/UX with Figma according to business & helpdesk requirements and new products & features

Requirements

What you should have already:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in IT or related fields
  • Or multiple (4+) years of working experience in UI/UX for Web and App
  • Excellent skill in Figma, XD, or similar tools
  • Experience with flows for consumer-oriented Web and Mobile Apps
  • Experience in 3rd party service integration (e.g., payment gateway)
  • Good understanding of user flow and testing
  • Nice to have UX testing frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, )
  • Experience in designing and testing web and mobile applications
  • Structured and organized work, following up with the internal team to deliver the best customer experience in a short time
  • Understanding customer views and translating to the tech team
  • Able to work as a team and focus on objectives with high standard and quality
  • Agile work experience is a plus
  • Native Thai language
  • Good English (able to communicate within an international team)
