The hiring Company is a France headquartered company, with more than 100 years of expertise in valves and fitting dedicated to hazardous cargoes transportable tanks.
The companys branch in Singapore, created in 2014, is distributing the Companys equipment in south east asia , with a Warehouse based in Singapore.
The hiring company is looking for a sales and office assistant to take care of:
- Daily administrative office support
- Sales administration and preparation of marketing and peripheral activities
- Assistance with import and export of goods
- Inventory management
- Preparation of packing and shipment domestic and abroad
- Dealing with sister companies in France, Belgium and China mainly
Requirements
- Fluency in english and in mandarin languages
- The candidate must be familiar with export and import process
- Familiar with logistic organization
- Interested in technical equipment
- Using ERP Sage X3 and Microsoft software
