Position Summary :
Regional Account Manager is a representative for the company to engage with clients in order to create partnership and customer retention.
1. Roles (business development)
Develop human relationship with key contacts (sourcing, operations/supply chain, projects)
Understand customer s supply chain and identify KWE opportunities (air, sea, 3PL, others)
Set strategy for existing business continuation and target business expansion by working with RSM Heads and Executive Sponsor closely
2. Responsibilities (account management)
Responsible to approach account s decision makers and influencers at regional level
Responsible to manage countries in each region
Attain budget (Net Sales & Volume)
Team building (GAM,RAM,KAM)
Customer profile update (including air/sea target volume by trade lane)
CRM update
Contract management (e.g. MSA, SOW, NDA)
Event ownership (Meetings, RFQ, Business implementation (SOP, Trainings, Projects, Reports)
Solutions proposals (e.g. cost, quality, value-added service) to customer by working with operations by foreseeing customer s future needs
Trouble shooting (major service failures, claims, KPI issues, A/R issues)
Support P/L improvement need to provide P/L data to account manage

Requirements :
Min 5 years of experience in sales & marketing especially in healthcare/ Hi Tech/ Chemical logistics background
Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent
Good command of English for handling English speaking peoples
Good presentation skill
Computer literate
Mon to Fri
8.30am to 6pm
