Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the overall client experience
- Converting enquiries into projects and clients into raving fans of company.
- Collaborate and connect with internal and external stakeholders (such as vendors, freelancers and other agencies)
- Communicate effectively with clients and team-members
- Brainstorming and implementing innovative event plans and concepts
- Proposing Hybrid or Virtual solutions for clients
- Handling budgeting and cost control
- On-Site event execution with the Events Team
- Handling post-event reports.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated track record of project management, creative or marketing
- Strong communication and time management skills
