Lead sales solutions team to develop new business for Asia Pacific through cross-selling within company and deliver best-in-class service solutions to win new opportunities.
Scope and Accountability
Executive interface with cross-country/regional team in company to seek for potential opportunities
New business development drive lead generation and manage the bid process
Lead solutions team to deliver end-to-end, value added, comprehensive, and competitive solutions to new business or existing operations.
Formulate industry vertical strategy in line with global directive
Meet new business targets per plan
Ensure appropriate monitoring, reporting, communication, and network liaison
Requirements
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Logistics Management, Business Management or related fields
MBA preferred
Skills
Demonstrated Sales results within 3PL industry focus on warehousing and transportation business.
Advanced Supply Chain Management skill sets
Strong operational logistics background, including Lean principles
Advanced presentation and interpersonal skill sets
Strong cost model and financial knowledge
Fully fluent in English as well as Mandarin Chinese to liaise with mandarin speaking customers.
Culturally aware
Ability to build and manage relationships across cultural boundaries and lead diverse teams
Understand Asia Pacific market
Experience
Proven track record in business development / key account management solution selling in multinational 3PL company focus on warehousing and transportation business.
Experience across Asia Pacific countries will be preferred
