The FRENCH EMBASSY OF FRANCE is hiring an
ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Under the authority of the Head of the administrative and finance department, the administration officer will manage the daily administrative and logistical tasks of the French Embassy


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Administration : communicating with local authorities and various providers, managing drivers and meeting room reservations and planning, incoming mails.
- Orders : managing stocks, orders and deliveries, handling different providers,
- HR : managing the local employees leave requests and calendar, updating the resume database,
- Management : coordinating with several technical and admin teams within the Embassy.


Requirements

- Fluent in French and English to liaise with the French and local authorities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, )
- Initiative
- Autonomy
- Teamwork spirit
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner,
- Flexibility and adaptability,
- Able to handle stress and emergency situations efficiently

Work conditions

- Working hours : 9.00 am to 6.00 pm from Monday to Friday (38 hours/week)
- Salary: 3 357 SGD/month + 13th month + CPF (for Singaporeans/PRs) or +20% for Supplement Retirement Scheme (for non-PR)
- Annual leave: 21 days + public holidays
- Health insurance
- Work visa (S-Pass) will be sponsored by the Embassy of France
