Senior UX Service Designer

Job Summary

At PostNord digital we build customer solutions for the Nordic markets. We work closely with product specialists in agile development teams and with partners. Examples of existing services or apps are PostNord customer portal, Skicka Direkt, the PostNord app and Riktiga Vykort. We work in self-governing teams where we are responsible for the development of existing and future services. We are looking for a senior service designer for the post our UX-team.

Requirements

Responsibilities & Duties

Map and improve current processes, workshop with stakeholders, customers and experts within different product areas, present findings and solutions that caters for a holistic user experience from a nordic perspective. Will be part of PostNord UX-team.

Essential Skills

At least 5 years of experience and worked previously with large companies and complex solutions

Benefits

• Weekly Hours: 40 Hours.
  
• Hourly Rate Budget: SEK 570.00 600.00 plus VAT all-inclusive basis.
