Who we are looking for:
- 3-5 years' search experience in IT, direct search or in-house recruitment at a major distributed businesses for a product/tech companies;
- Extensive knowledge of the market, mapping skills;
- Perfect skills in sourcing, working with different tools (boolean search)
- Networking with IT developers and key players at the market;
- Experience in developing and maintaining business relationships with key clients;
- Exposure to international business: Europe, USA.
Senior IT Recruiter's responsibilities:
- Leading direct search projects:
- headhunting, interviewing and assessing candidates with a project team of analytics;
- Market analyze: mapping; developing networking in tech industry;
- Building strong relations with existing and new Clients:
- Get new roles, sell and provide with benchmark services (mapping, onboarding), contract negotiations with Clients;
- Project tracking and reporting: progress, resources;
- Maintaining CRM records, reports and feedback to Clients;
- Being professional voice in recruiting and industry communities, participation in professional content creation (conferences, broadcasts, articles)
Senior IT Recruiter's key qualities:
