Who we are looking for:
- 3-5 years' executive search experience in consulting, direct search or in-house recruitment at a major distributed businesses (marketing agency, product/tech company, etc.);
- extensive knowledge of a market, mapping skills;
- networking with candidates and key players at a market;
- experience in developing and maintaining business relationships with key clients;
- exposure to international business: Europe, USA.
Executive Recruiter's responsibilities:
- leading direct search projects:
- leading a project team of analysts and project managers;
- project management: tasks, deadlines, performance, revenue; - accounting and business development:
- contract negotiations, communication with Clients;
- project tracking and reporting: progress, resources;
- maintaining CRM records, reports and feedback to Clients; - participation in conferences, working with PR agencies to boost activity in social media and market community.
