Glartek, founded in 2017, is a leader in Augmented Reality (AR) solutions for the Industry and our mission is to increase the efficiency and safety of industrial processes. Our software solutions combine the AR and Internet of Things (IoT) domains to bring visibility, optimization and reassurance of field operations. Glartek has offices in Lisbon and Leiria, Portugal. The company has very large customers such as EDP and Renault and have raised over 1.5M in venture capital.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the growth of the company, reporting directly to the Human Resources Director, where you will attract top-notch talent to join the company. As a Recruiter, your goal is to lead the end-to-end hiring and onboarding process, reviewing external HR communication, defining job specifications, promoting job opportunities, screening, interviewing, and help onboarding new employees. Based on current growth needs, we are considering candidates with both Junior and Senior experience and are open to candidates for Temporary or Part-time Contracts. This job can be performed on-site or remotely but must be based in Portugal.

Last but not least, you will be empowered and accountable for a wide range of other HR-related initiatives, which will give you the opportunity to own your career path and shape the future of Glartek.

Tasks

  • Lead the end-to-end hiring and onboarding process
  • Develop and update job specifications
  • Create and implement strategies to increase recruitment pipelines through sourcing, referrals, research, events, and social media
  • Find and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques and help them envision life at Glartek
  • Effectively manage multiple requisitions and candidates during high volume periods while creating and owning a flawlessly positive candidate experience
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their teams and goals
  • Organize and facilitate interview debriefs and drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation
  • Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the appropriate information to help make their decision as easy as possible
  • Track pipeline data and provide relevant and consistent updates to hiring managers
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
  • Manage internship programs
  • Frequently review and update our employer brand communication
  • Promote Glartek's reputation and attractiveness

Requirements

  • Technology-savvy with curiosity for new technologies and the industrial / manufacturing fields
  • Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills
  • Proven and effective collaboration skills
  • Excellent at explaining ideas and finding ways to keep people s attention
  • Understanding key concepts in manufacturing, asset management, or field services is a big plus
  • BSc/MSc degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent work experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in another European language, such as French or German, is a big plus
  • Previous startup experience preferred, and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment
