Glartek, founded in 2017, is a leader in Augmented Reality (AR) solutions for the Industry and our mission is to increase the efficiency and safety of industrial processes. Our software solutions combine the AR and Internet of Things (IoT) domains to bring visibility, optimization and reassurance of field operations. Glartek has offices in Lisbon and Leiria, Portugal. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the growth of the company, reporting directly to the Human Resources Director, where you will attract top-notch talent to join the company. As a Recruiter, your goal is to lead the end-to-end hiring and onboarding process, reviewing external HR communication, defining job specifications, promoting job opportunities, screening, interviewing, and help onboarding new employees. Based on current growth needs, we are considering candidates with both Junior and Senior experience and are open to candidates for Temporary or Part-time Contracts. This job can be performed on-site or remotely but must be based in Portugal.
