This opportunity is to join BYT - BOOST Your Team, one of our group companies focused on Specialized Recruitment and RPO. We are looking for a Business Development Manager that will manage all the commercial strategy, the relationship with clients, as well as manage the projects.

Tasks

- Define and implement the commercial strategy;

- Budget definition;

- Participate in the annual objectives and milestones;

- Develop new business and manage the current pipeline of clients;

-Proactively communicates with the senior level stakeholders at the client-side (e.g. in purchasing, HR)

-Positively influence hiring partners to bring about successful recruitment campaigns

- Managing your own day to ensure that you are successfully creating your own pipeline and achieving weekly and monthly targets

- Incubate new clients / Projects;

- Manage the communication between BYT and clients;

- Support Recruitment and Selection teams.

Requirements

- Degree in Human Resources or similar;

- Minimum 2 year of professional experience as 360 HR Consultant/ Business Development Manager;

- Experience in Consultancy companies in the IT sector;

- Fluent in English;

- Good relational skills and ability to generate relationships with customers.

-Someone who has demonstrated resilience and has a growth-mindset
