- Carrying out all the operations of receiving and verifying the items and storing them in the warehouse, verifying the specifications, quantities and matching quality, recording them within the stock balances, and documenting every movement in the bond books from receiving and disbursing the goods and recording them periodically.
- Providing a suitable place for each category with proper storage spaces and distribution.
- Work to provide ease of withdrawing the goods and receiving them from stock.

Follow up on warehouse and inventory balances on a regular basis and review items to preserve them from damage, stagnation or loss, work to prevent these cases in possible ways, and follow up on the forms of quarterly, monthly and annual inventory with the inventory
