We are hiring a Scrum Master who's passionate about his/her work, an energetic team player and an excellent communicator.
Job Description
- Facilitate and manage road mapping, sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
- Work with product owners to define a vision and ensure the team is on the right track.
- Ensure cross-team coordination.
- Prepare and deliver effective verbal and written communications regarding progress and status for both internal and external teams and stakeholders.
- Perform hands-on work including analysis, design, testing, and change management as needed by the team.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Hands-on experience working with scaled agile frameworks.
