- He/she holds a license to practice the profession from the Medical Syndicate and the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
- Preferably affiliated with the Palestinian Medical Council.
- Fluency in English reading, writing and speaking.

- Tact in dealing.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure and flexible working hours.
- Priority is given to residents of Bethlehem.
