Remote Senior Software Engineer (PHP and Laravel)

Turing is looking for a remote Senior Software Engineer on behalf of a leading web management and marketing services company delivering an entire suite of marketing solutions such as website development, social media marketing, SEO, and other advertising solutions. The engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and installing various software solutions and offering support to the software team. Job Responsibilities:

- Work with the team to ideate solutions that meet both technical and customer needs from conception to finish
- Design the overall application architecture, including client-side and server-side components
- Build software components with a focus on performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability considerations
- Develop and manage efficient databases and server-side applications


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3 - 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience
- Must be proficient in PHP and Laravel
- Experience in API design and development
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with rapt attention to details
- Good knowledge of data structures, web and application servers, system design, and algorithms
- Ability to effectively communicate with different teams within the organization
