Turing is looking for a remote React Native Engineer on behalf of a fast-growing company redesigning the work hub experience for modern teams and knowledge workers. The developer will be working in close quarters with a highly talented and global team of software engineers, designers, and product managers to drive forward new innovative experiences using next-gen technology. The company's technology brings teams together from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds and places everyone on the same page to operate more efficiently. They have raised over $18 mn in funding so far during the Series A round. This will be a long-term, full-time role and will require some overlap with the BST (London) time zone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with a wide range of systems and technologies and solve problems from end-to-end
- Design and build efficient, intuitive applications using modern technologies and frameworks
- Scan existing codes and resolve bugs and errors
- Clearly document the procedures, code and regularly communicate with the management and technical support teams
- Work on design, features, and services to ensure software scalability
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
- Skilled with React, React Native, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Function effectively without too much hand-holding and micromanagement
- Fluent English communication, both verbal and written
- Must be an effective team-player
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
