Turing is looking for a remote Full Stack Developer on behalf of a rapidly-growing company building a platform designed for effective remote and hybrid team collaboration. The selected candidate will be responsible for building scalable features for a collaborative desktop for teams. The platform's unique technology allows teams to get more done together in a shared workspace that integrates apps, people, files, and notes. This will be a full-time, long-term position that requires some overlap with the PST time zone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain user-facing features for customers using the product
- Mentor the other engineers on the team
- Help to improve each engineer’s technical skills
- Help establish the company’s engineering practices
- Set a high bar for the team and peers in terms of code quality and standards
- Iterate quickly on features, tooling, and processes
- Actively participate in strategy planning and product development
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
- Prolific experience with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Node.js
- Nice to have some prior working experience with MongoDB and WebRTC
- Good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
