Remote Full Stack Developer (React, Go, and MySQL)

Only candidates with 3+ years of overall software development experience are eligible for this role.

Turing is looking for a remote Full Stack Developer on behalf of an early-stage technology startup. The selected candidate will make significant technical contributions, participate in building some innovative technology designs, and assist the team with course corrections as needed. The company focuses on building developer tooling services on the cloud and has an existing professional team from Google and Facebook. This is an exciting opportunity for developers to learn the best engineering practices from the top Silicon Valley companies. It is a full-time position requiring some overlap with the EST/PST time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

- Own key features or subsystems of the platform
- Regularly explore new libraries, tools, and technologies to make improvements
- Diagnose and fix bugs in the application
- Participate in regular brainstorming sessions and bring different perspectives to the table
- Write scalable, robust, efficient, testable, and easily maintainable code


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
- Extensive working experience with React, Go, and MySQL
- Prior working knowledge of Redis, Django, and Express.js is nice to have
- Great problem-solving skills with an ability to meet deadlines
- Fluent in English and the ability to collaborate effortlessly with the team
