Remote Full Stack Developer (JavaScript and Node.js)

Only candidates with 3+ years of overall software development experience are eligible for this role.

Turing.com is looking for a remote Full Stack Developer on behalf of a Silicon Valley-based company that has established itself as an industry leader in the data protection and privacy space. The selected candidate will be working closely with the Head of Security to develop efficient solutions for multi-faceted and complex issues. The company's data privacy technology uses a simple API to provide governance, security, and compliance. The company has secured fundings worth $22 mn+ during their Series A round. Job Responsibilities:

- Take up new challenges and work closely with the Head of Customer Security, take direction, take up new platforms, problems, and proffer solutions
- Own internal projects and experiment with tasks to derive better results
- Work actively on a variety of projects
- Work on the core platform to develop and execute multiple open source projects


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Full-stack Developer
- Extensive experience working with JavaScript, Node.js, and related frameworks
- Must have prior experience owning projects from end-to-end
- Ability to learn new systems and tech stacks to write different kinds of code
- The ability to read Go along with server-side MPN packages is nice to have
- Experiences with databases, database modeling, and organizing different databases
- Prior open source experience
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
