Remote Blockchain Engineer (Ethereum, Solidity, and Python)

Only candidates with 3+ years of overall software development experience are eligible for this role.

Turing is looking for a remote Blockchain Engineer on behalf of an interactive events platform that allows artists to host live video or audio events and give fans exclusive access. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing the best practices in data protection and blockchain management. The company is trying to use their breakthrough Web3 technology to empower inventors, innovators, and artists to inspire the masses with their creations. This will be a full-time, long-term role that needs some overlap with the PST time zone. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking to be a part of a fast-growing creator tools platform.

Job Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain client and server-side application features and interfaces
- Implement modern security techniques to protect digital platforms against cyberattacks
- Integrate new tools and technologies to secure and optimize blockchain applications
- Stay up-to-date with current blockchain technologies


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software or Blockchain Engineer
- Extremely skilled with Ethereum, Solidity, and Python
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology
- Some understanding of Security Operations is nice to have
- Some knowledge of Unit Testing is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
