Turing.com is looking to hire a remote Back-end Engineer on behalf of a well-established software company designing and developing products for use across multiple industries. The engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining the technology that powers the user-facing products. Job Responsibilities:
- Optimize the software products for speed and efficiency
- Conceptualize and implement solutions for data storage
- Implement application security structures and the best practices
- Generate reusable code libraries for future implementation
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
- Prior experience as a Java developer (APIs/Server/Storage)
- Proficiency with Spring Boot and AWS
- Solid understanding of databases such as NoSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Familiarity with building and creating new APIs
- Good knowledge of the latest development techniques, including CI/CD, Docker (Containerized), etc.
