- Preparing and following up the implementation of action plans for projects and programs implemented by the center and the associated logical framework.
- Coordinating and managing the implementation of all project activities in accordance with the approved action plans for successful implementation and effective dealing with beneficiaries.
- Monitoring the progress of the project, and reporting any problems or obstacles that may impede the smooth and flexible progress of project activities.
- Coordinating and carrying out field visits, workshops, meetings with partners and beneficiaries, making sure that all activities are implemented according to the drawn plans, and reporting any problems or difficulties.
