- Responsible for the development and execution of a strategic and results-oriented marketing and communications plan.
- Implement marketing research, brand awareness and customer survey programs.
- Analyze and formulate data into effective marketing strategies.
- Integrate new technologies into effective marketing strategies.
- Prepare annual marketing budget. Control spending through fiscal conservatism, staffing assessments and cost analysis.
- Define and develop the sales and business strategy, clearly aiming to increase market penetration and market share.
- Analyze and navigate the current and evolving market conditions and develop yearly sales forecasts, and growth targets.
- Create and maintain current and accurate marketing materials.
- Create and maintain a positive image in the community via public relations opportunities, facilitating positive relationships with the media
