- - Administratively and executively supervises the work of the head office and branches and ensures that operations are implemented with the required efficiency and accuracy in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
- - Defines the objectives of the subordinate employees jointly with them, and administratively supervises their performance and evaluation, and determines and distributes their vacations with the aim of continuing to provide optimal service to customers at all times.
- - Supervises the management of the relationship with existing customers classified as facilities customers to maintain them and raise the level of satisfaction.
