- Managing the relationship with existing clients classified as facilities and commercial customers within the governorate, working to develop them, overseeing the fulfillment of their requests, disclosing / exceeding their accounts, and providing service to them by the various service channels in the bank to maintain them and raise their level of satisfaction.
- Attracting new clients to increase the bank’s portfolio of sector clients and supervising the study of their needs and requests and approving them / and raising recommendations to the concerned authorities to obtain approval according to the established powers
- Receiving clients inside the center and working on receiving their various requests, passing them on to the concerned authorities, and following up their implementation with the speed and accuracy required to raise the level of customer satisfaction
