Job Description

  • Receive subscribers' calls, answer their inquiries, and process their requests, whether they are individuals or companies, with high efficiency and professionalism.
  • Ensure that subscribers' requests are accurately understood and verified according to the followed policies, and the information related to these requests is entered into the system.
  • Work on accurately documenting requests that cannot be implemented through the call, and delivering them to the competent authorities to work on their implementation.
  • Commitment to the attendance program prepared by the General Administration of Customer Services and the implementation of policies and instructions in this regard.
  • Documenting and communicating the subscribers' notes and suggestions to the direct supervisor
  • Selling Ooredoo products and services to existing and potential subscribers.
