Receiving subscribers' calls, answering their inquiries and processing their requests, whether they are individuals or companies, with high efficiency and professionalism.

Ensure that subscribers' requests are accurately understood and verified according to the applicable policies, and information related to these requests is entered into the system.
- Work to accurately document requests that cannot be implemented through the call, and deliver them to the competent authorities to work on their implementation.

Commitment to the working schedule prepared bythe General Administration of Customer Servicesand the implementation of policies and instructions in this regard.

Documenting and communicating the subscribers' comments and suggestions to the direct manager.

Sell Ooredoo products and services to existing and potential subscribers.
