. Review project’ workplans on monthly base, verifying coherence with set objectives, methodologies and chronogram, and suggesting adjustments if needed.
2. Facilitate the communication and coordination between CISP office, the team of Burj AlLuqLuq and the team of the Old City Youth Association.
3. Closely monitor the day-to-day project’ implementation, by frequent presence in the two community centers where the activities take place. Compile monthly narrative reports, including description of quantitative and qualitative achievements against targets.
4. Overlook the timely collection of activities’ documentation from the partners. Verify and implement necessary steps to ensure the documentation’ completeness and accuracy.
5. On monthly base, lead focus groups, surveys, interviews etc. with the beneficiaries and relevant stakeholders, for assessment of the quality of services provided, and evaluation of impact. Analyze the collected data and communicate results by compiling M&E reports according to logframe’ indicators.
6. Support the implementation of the Quality Certification programme. Participate in the main steps, facilitate logistic arrangements and interaction between the parties involved, share notes and feedbacks on the effectiveness and coherence of the activity with the set objectives.
7. Conduct regular meetings with BALL’ business development officer, and other CISP and BALL team members where needed, to monitor and plan the activities aimed at strengthening the ceramic business and the successful implementation of vocational trainings.
8. Support the Coordinator in preparing project’ final narrative reports according to donor’ requirements.
9. Support the Administrator in procurement of equipment, supplies and services, in compliance with the organization and donor’ procedures, and the technical requirements of the project.
10. Support in any other logistic and administrative task, applying and following the organization and the donor’ policies and procedures, and the technical requirements of the project.
