IT Support Technician

Job Description :
The IT support technician is responsible connecting cables, rack mounting, upgrading, troubleshooting IT security devices.

Responsibilities :
1. Visiting customer data center for rack mounting and troubleshooting of devices
2. Cable the devices as per industry standards
3. Upgrade software on security devices
4. Accurate reporting of the task to project manager and direct manager

Qualification :
1. Understanding of Firewall, switches, routers, Wireless and other security devices
2. 3+ years of experience in working with IT security devices
3. Bachelor?s degree in information security or IT-related matter or equivalent experience
