Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Recruitment Trainee to join our team in Lima. This professional will deliver specialized recruitment of middle and top management positions, in several industries. Specific responsibilities include hunting, interviewing, reporting metrics, developing recruitment strategies and supporting sales.
Responsibilities:
Deliver recruitment of professionals for Pacifica Continental clients (middle and top management level);
Develop recruitment strategy, sourcing of candidates, CV screening, phone screening, face to face and skype interview and build networking with candidates in several markets;
Managing the recruitment process through interviews to offer stage and beyond;
Support the sales activity by searching for potential leads, market research, and networking.;
Develop and provide reports with individual KPIs upon request
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree completed;
Advanced English;
Business-oriented mindset;
Hands-on profile;
Ability to work with a lot of autonomy;
Strong networking/relationship skills;
High level of Communication.
