Provide high-level administrative and business support for a CEO. Executive assistant duties and responsibilities include managing calendars, arranging appointments, preparing reports and/or special projects, maintaining KPIs and organizing meetings.

Functions and duties:
- Organize the CEO s agenda to coordinate the meetings and projects.
- Assist in the logistics of CEO s meetings and visits.
- Assist the CEO in the coordination and control of administrative operations in order to present reliable information and ensure the execution of the established activities.
- Administration and custody of CEO s files.
- Manage the administrative procedures (loan applications, banking), and control of confidential and legal documents that are received
- Coordinate with providers according to the logistical and administrative requirements.
- Render the reimbursable expenses for travel expenses.
- Organize the logistics prior to CEOs trips to ensure the correct transfer and entry to projects.
- Make requests for information according to the requirements; as well as, provide information to other Managements and Projects.
