Technical Consultant

We are looking for someone who loves technology, learning it and constantly growing in it. A geek at heart and with the relevant experience, wants to work in a small growing team that works hard together and have fun together.

If you re passionate about wanting to grow in your technical skillsets, especially in the Cloud space, have some experience in Azure and hungry to be allowed to explore technologies to help improve our client s lives then apply to us!

This role would be expected to do this

Implement (install, configure, advice, troubleshoot, upgrade) Cloud Solutions and related technologies, especially around Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 (Intune, Azure AD, Azure Information Protection, Windows 10, Office 365), Hyper-V and Windows Servers

Act as our client s trusted consultants, advising them where necessary based on the information and insights they have. Communication with our client and your peers are crucial.

Work with the client to coordinate, set expectations, communicate periodically, transfer knowledge and provide documentations as required

Step up and solve issues that the clients are facing with their tech and the implementation

Participate in internal sync-ups and follow-ups with the client

Be passionate about new technologies and constantly research into new innovations and brainstorm with the team

Share knowledge on a regular basis within the team

Certify and maintain all required certifications

Assist in the proposal content when our Sales or Pre-Sales team requires it

Build a healthy relationship with the customer

Be part of the Infrontier family and communicate well and play well

What type of person are we looking for?

A Passionate Geek who loves learning technology, implementing them and helping people with the tech

Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, System Center is preferred but not all is necessary

Being around Microsoft technologies in the past is preferred too, especially basic knowledge on infrastructure, Virtualization platforms like Hyper-V or VMWare, networking, Windows Administration, Active Directory and Windows Client Management

Loves working as part of a growing team and learn learn learn!

Great at using Microsoft Office stuff especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoints to generate documentations

Able to travel (when borders open again) if required

Must be a Malaysian or a Permanent Resident
