Our client is a leading European Wholesaler in the mobile phone accessories industry seeking to hire a talented Key accounts / Senior sales assistant to expand their team.
Integrated into the Sales Division, the ideal candidate will bring a real plus to the team on a daily basis by ensuring the highest possible grade of customer satisfaction for the top partners of the company.
The role will require a highly dynamic and motivated candidate who is experienced in supporting an international trading organization and willing to go the extra mile on a daily basis.
Tasks
- Adhere to company guidelines, principles and procedures;
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records, gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements;
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and the Sales team;
- Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service, and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails by proposing solutions that meet their objectives;
- Attending daily, and weekly meetings with the sales team, preparing meeting minutes and sharing them with the team and creating follow up tasks in project management tools e.g ASANA;
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner;
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust with coordination with the sales team and other departments if needed;
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships;
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and detailed information on rates, customer status, and incoming inventory;
- Understand the Sales Team figures and goals, and proactively assist them to meet or exceed these goals;
- Recordkeeping responsibilities may include sales and expense reports, electronic databases and sales basic proposals for prospective customers;
- Produce professional-quality reports, presentations, and briefs (monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts);
- Supporting & working with the sales team on centralized and standardized operational tasks including a variety of other administrative tasks;

- Excellent language skills in English both verbal and writing. French is a plus;
- Proactive, dynamic, creative with a high degree of self-motivation and ambition and hardworking;
- Ability to work as part of a team and take directions accurately and execute them as agreed;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels;
