Project Manager in Video Production (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations and consistent high quality of video production process and deliveries.
• Plan and ensure efficient and cost effective video production projects, incl. on-site timings, coordination and logistics.
• In collaboration with video department team leads plan involved specialists capacities for maximum output. Be a first point of contact for all incoming daily short video requests and client orders.
• For each filming and other video project, liaise and collaborate with all production stakeholders client managers, video and design team, outsourced teams.
• When needed, take care of location scouting, pre-planning and preparations like renting equipment, coordinating contractors and freelancers, preparing documentation.
• Report of Country manager

Your Profile

• Experience in project management
• Professional experience in video production (short video rolls, explainer animations etc.)
• Experience in planning and coordinating video content production processes and people capacities
• Excellent planning, organizing and communication skills
• Knowledge in video filming and editing will be a plus
• Result and quality oriented personality
• Can-do attitude and open personality
• Detail oriented personality with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Very good English skills is a must
