For our client we are looking for a highly motivated sales manager with experience on e-commerce in the automotive
sector.
This senior sales position focuses on the identification and generation of new business opportunities across
Europe, selling the companys complete e-payment portfolio.

This is a specialist sales role that requires a high degree of commercial acumen, business maturity and self-
motivation. A proven track record in sales with qualified success in accretive revenue strategies will be
necessary: including pipeline conversion and enhanced time to revenue.

The role is important to the development of the companys payment platform in Europe and
you will be required to execute on the strategy that employs our selling methodology to deliver commercial
growth with our future B2B customers. The role will be connected to our executive level for companys prospects and work closely with our head of Product and Sales.


Responsibilities

  • Effective management of all phases of the sales lifecycle
  • Employ defined and establish methods to identify prospective clients
  • Participate and, where required, lead Go-to-Market planning efforts to develop and execute ondemand generation, structured sales acceleration programs and activities. This will include close collaboration with product & marketing and global sales teams
  • Employ and leverage companys sales methodology to identify new growthopportunities with prospects
  • Selling and delivering multi-year contracts with upsell and cross sell solutions enabling clients to usethe our IT payment platform and services
  • Driving business development initiatives on top of companys own solutions.
  • Accurately forecasting opportunity bookings through the tools provided by the companyand accurately forecasting revenue growth
  • Developing and maintaining account plans to report on commercial progress of the companyand input into product roadmap using market knowledge & quantifiable facts
  • Facilitate and lead local pipeline meetings with the relevant local stakeholders, including with thoseat executive level ensuring the markets are kept up to date on and how we are working to close any gap
  • Lead virtual teams to drive successful sales Qualifications. The individual in this role will deliver salesexcellence as well as a depth of technical and problem-solving skills that will deliver solutions that are the foundations of our clients growth.


Requirements

  • Strong sales financial expertise related to deal structures and value to execution to the merchantecosystem.
  • Experience working with Payment Technology Platform in selling technical products to merchantsfor their digital sales channels (web & app)
  • High level of problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
  • Excitement about the digital payments space and the opportunities it creates for sellers and buyers
  • Good knowledge of working with merchants across Europe.
  • Experience of managing multiple internal stakeholders to deliver commercial goals.
  • Ability to drive a collaborative culture with key cross functional stakeholders, and manage internalstakeholders to deliver commercial goals
  • Project management skills and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to travel globally if required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in any other language iswelcome
