Job Description
Actively handle day to day accounting needs for clients.
Handle clients accounts payable and accounts receivable, which may include communicating with vendors.
Reconcile clients bank accounts.
Serve as day to day point of contact for clients.
Provide value to the department and to the company s client relationships.
Provide backup support for other team members
Vendor/sales tax preparation.
Provide reports and financial analysis to management
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Accounting or equivalent related degree and experience
3+ years of progressive accounting experience, either public in client service accounting or private
Proficient with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Good organizational skills
Capable of handling multiple clients at a time
Outstanding analytical, organizational, problem solving and project management skills
The successful candidate will exhibit the following: Bachelor s degree in Accounting or equivalent related degree and experience 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, either public in client service accounting or private Proficient with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Good organizational skills Capable of handling multiple clients at a time Outstanding analytical, organizational, problem solving and project management skills
