The Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist is a crucial role in our Clients HR Team, who will be sourcing and attracting candidates to interview and hire best talent to their awesome team.
You will be a part of their HR team who will directly contribute to the success of the internal development and on providing full recruitment lifecycle from employer brand to growing their technical teams in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Key Job Functions
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, job portals; and be first point of contact to ourselves as the Recruitment Agency of choice.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Conducting interviews using various recruiting and selection tools and/or methods.
- Assess applicants` experience, skills, soft skills and cultural fit to the team
- Provide HR guidance and support for hiring managers on talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future internal growth opportunities for employees.
- Propose, try out and monitor HR recruiting best practices.
- Compile, track, analyze and present to relevant teams analytical recruiting reports.
- Be a brand ambassador.
- Manage employee data by GDPR requirements.
- Will be involved in various HR projects.
- Be an ambassador for the function and represent the HR internally and externally.
- Identify the need for change and grow Our Client Employer Brand (internal and external).
- Capable of adapting to a fluid, dynamic environment.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed analytical and reasoning skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects.
- Very good English(written and spoken).
- Supportive for change and continuous improvements
- Bachelor s degree is a plus (human resources management, organizational behavior, or law preferred).
- 2+ year experience in recruitment or any other field HR is a plus.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
Preferred Qualifications
This position is open for suitably qualified and experienced candidates already living in Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia. This is a hybrid role requiring regular office attendance as well as travelling to all 3 regions at time.
