Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage rule of accounting team
  • Be able to manage cash flow
  • Work with Senior business teams to grow the business formulating financial, strategies and plans
  • Oversee all financial operations and direct financial planning and structure
  • Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to management and Board of Director (Financial Performance, projections and other special projects as required
  • Cash flow reporting
  • Prepare short and long term financial forecasts of financial performance
  • Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside (Audit firm and review firms performance, engagement and external parties
  • Establish, review and update finance policies, framework and procedure that are relevant and cost effective to the business
  • Ensure all financial policies and procedure are in compliance with local business law and regulations
  • Ensure that the regulatory requirement of all statutory bodies are met in particular regulatory reporting to the National Bank of Cambodia
  • Capital expenditure, evaluation and preparation of submissions
  • Setting annual cost rates and prices for customers
  • Manages ongoing cash and liquidity needs for loan fund and operations accounts
  • Finding Risk and Opportunity for the company
  • Manage funding and how to get more profit with the funding
  • Any task assigned by management

Job Requirement:

  • 5 years of experience in related role, and experience in audit firms is great.
  • Strong Knowledge in term of accounting and Cambodian taxes
  • Ability to work effectively with management, engineers, vendors, client, and all office departments.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in any related field is required.
  • Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English & Khmer is required.
  • Good Computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and Email)
  • Ability to analyse practices, methods and procedures and recommends new procedures.
  • Professionalism, honesty, integrity and teamwork.
  • Smart, flexible, able to work under pressure and complete work with deadline.
