Determining the most convenient channel mix given the client s marketing strategy and objectives, and adjusting it as the business and landscape evolve. Our channel mix must include all possible options, including digital marketing, traditional ATL and BTL, influencers, etc. Overseeing the optimization of the marketing investment given the company s growth goals. Driving the execution of our marketing effort at both a macro and micro level Directing improvement upon our marketing process and ownership of projects from conception to launch, while tracking their status, dependencies, and blockers. Establishing a framework for evaluating new marketing opportunities and identifying which of those opportunities merit further study and development. Influencing and driving consensus with the company s leadership team on the direction and requirements of marketing efforts.
