Job Description:

Experienced SAP FI/CO Finance functional leaders with the ability to perform some or all of the below responsibilities and interested in leveraging their full suite of functional or SAP implementation and leadership skills for an optimal challenge are encouraged to apply for priority considerations.

Responsibilities:

• Create process maps, standard operating procedures, and other as-is documentation.
• Interview functional users in the Finance teams in Japan. Negotiate to-be SAP S4/HANA business and functional requirements. Define to-be business processes/systems and functional/non-functional requirements and Identify gaps between the global template and as-is business process/legal compliance.
• Define global template or understand pre-configured SAP solution (Functional coverage of globally standardized SAP, Global standard processes/policies).
• Understand high-level local organizational structure including external units, as-is business process flow, high-level local as-is system architecture including interfaces, middleware, and high-level data flows.
• Direct configuration and RICEF design as per business requirements and prepare the test cases (for both configured and RICEFs custom functionalities).
• Discuss with the offshore team the functional requirements including integrations.
• Support the client team and the development team in testing, training, master data preparation, and data migration.
• Make daily communication, and weekly and monthly reports to the supervisor.
• Support SAP business development through RFP response, proposal development, and/or oral presentation.
